Jacqui Vivanco: Head Coach 18 Molten
Philosophy: As a coach I like to dedicate myself to improving all of my players skills on the court, as well as enhancing their personality, confidence level, and traits off the court. Looking back on my years as a player, my club coach was always a major part of my life, helping me learn new skills on the court, or even just helping me study for an AP History test at a tournament. I feel as a coach that I always give the girls 100% on and off the court, so I expect the same from them, nothing less. The motto I follow I learned from one of my great coaches, "A great offense scores points, but a great defense WINS games." Over the years of playing and coaching I have found this to be proven true time and time again. Without a core defense, you will have no chance at a decent offense.

She played for Golden Eagle Volleyball Club for six years and finished her club career at Valley Forge Volleyball Club as their top team's libero. Amanda Glasshof: Assistant Coach 18 RoShamBo
Philosophy: I believe every volleyball player is part of a TEAM. If a player decides to play as an individual, they will not win as a team. Character is bigger than skill, and skill amplifies when a player builds character. Every individual is expected to exert themselves as a player, person, and teammate and to the best of their ability. Amy Saxer: Assistant Coach 15 Molten
Philosophy: I believe the physical aspect of volleyball is secondary to the internal aspect. Gaining a strong foundation allows players to stay positive in all situations, encourage teammates on off days, and know that there is more to life than just playing a sport. As a teammate, one must act selflessly to unify the team as one body. Having sound fundamentals allows for an increased development in specific skills. Without a firm foundation, everything else falls short. Players must come to practice focused and ready to play. But through all drills and games, fun is essential as well.
Bio: After being Sub-State Champions of their region, Amy’s high school volleyball team placed 4th in Kansas her senior year. Amy was co-captain of this team and received the Most Improved Award. Through high school Amy played club volleyball with the Mid-America Volleyball Club in Kansas City. While attending the University of Notre Dame, Amy participated in intermural volleyball leagues every year and coached summer high school youth volleyball camps at Saint Thomas Aquinas High School. Since graduation, Amy has played in sand and indoor volleyball leagues, and coached volleyball at Fellowship of Christian Athlete sports camp. Amy is entering her second year with Houston Skyline Juniors.
